This notice describes the public website and its review-gate form. It does not describe a production Velqestra product deployment.
Name, work email, company, role/team, company size range, automation platform, first system category, proposed write type, current approval method, pilot timeline, broad workflow description, and contact consent.
Credentials, real tickets, employee or customer records, production data, policy documents, secrets, or regulated data.
Qualify and follow up on a potential review-gate design conversation. We do not use this form to operate a product workflow.
The website sends the form as JSON to /api/leads. There is no public list, read, export, or administration endpoint. Other API paths are rejected, and the internal health endpoint is not proxied publicly.
The application does not store IP addresses, request headers, or its honeypot field. Infrastructure providers, reverse proxies, or the host may independently process connection metadata; this notice does not claim otherwise.
Accepted submissions are stored in a site-specific JSON file on the server with a random submission ID, UTC receipt time, and site identifier. Access is intended for authorized server administrators via SSH.
Records are retained until manually deleted for operational or legal reasons. There is currently no self-service access, correction, or deletion portal. To make a request, reply to the follow-up email you receive or use the same work email to submit a request through the review form.
The receiver rejects unknown fields, invalid enums, oversized bodies, incorrect origins and content types, and honeypot submissions. It uses application and reverse-proxy rate limiting plus locked, atomic file replacement. No safeguard guarantees absolute security.
